Thanksgiving Weekend

We spent Thanksgiving with some friends. Then, on Friday, we left for the Gaylord Texan. It's a pretty cool hotel. We stayed one night and came home on Saturday. Santa was there and so was Mrs. Claus with Blitzen!

The Gaylord has the Ice show each year. It is pretty amazing. Everything is scultped in, you guessed it, ice. It was 9 degress inside the area so they had to give us coats. It was still freezing. But the ice was pretty cool to see. Here's a slide show of some of the sculptures...

Dad and Grandma helped Alex with his "quarter" costume for the Vocabulary Parade.

Alex at school

Alex spends most of his time after school or church building airplanes or anything else his imagination comes up with. We can't throw anything away because he tell us he will use it to build something...

Ready to strike!

Alex is ready for kindergarten's "Fairy Tale Ball" (substitute "Halloween" party since Halloween is apparently offensive to some people)

Alex takes his little brother for a ride...

Catch Up
